// Where to stay: Hôtel Costes

You're likely familiar with it for its playlists, which you can hear in every trendy or wannabe trendy restaurant across the globe.

Located in the heart of Paris, this renowned hotel is known for its one-of-a-kind charm! The Costes family has constructed an extraordinary property that stands out among the rest, yet they prefer to maintain a low profile, which only adds to the sophistication and elegance of this beautiful property.

Hôtel Costes is renowned for its timeless charm, symbolising the essence of Parisian culture, attracting a diverse range of people, and creating a vibrant atmosphere that never ceases to captivate, whether it's day or night.

If you like the sound of this, I have a more in-depth review of Hôtel Costes that can be found here.

// Opéra Garnier

Garnier Opera, also known as the Palais Garnier, is a magnificent opera house located at the Place de l'Opéra in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, France.

Constructed between 1861 and 1875, it was commissioned by Emperor Napoleon III for the Paris Opera. Originally known as the new Paris Opera, it later became known as the Palais Garnier due to its lavishness and the architectural style of Charles Garnier, which reflects the Napoleon III era. For many years, it served as the main theater for the Paris Opera and the Paris Opera Ballet until the opening of the Opéra Bastille in 1989.

Nowadays, the Palais Garnier is primarily used for ballet performances, while the company has shifted its operations to the new opera house.

Recognized as a historic monument of France since 1923, the Palais Garnier stands as a testament to the grandeur of French architecture.

In my opinnion, the Palais is undeniably one of the most breathtaking spots to capture beautiful pictures in Paris. Therefore, it is definitely worth allocating ample time to wander through the numerous stunning hallways and rooms that the Palais has to offer.

If you wish to witness one of the captivating performances held at the Palais, I highly recommend making your reservation well in advance, especially during the peak seasons.

// Dinner with a view

The Peninsula Paris has created a unique and secret location expressly designed for that incredible moment: a stunning, private terrace for two people at the highest point of the building, with a breathtaking view of the capital’s iconic monuments, overlooking the rooftops of Paris, the Sacré Cœur and the Eiffel Tower.

This enchanting location is trruly something out of a dream, featuring peerless décor fit for the occasion, accompanied by the most beautiful selection of Champagne, a fine dinning menu, and a dedicated butler at your service.

// A parisan morning

Enjoy your morning at The Café de Flore, with its rich history and famous patrons, is a cherished coffeehouse in Paris. Situated at the intersection of Boulevard Saint-Germain and Rue Saint-Benoît, in the vibrant neighborhood of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, it holds a special place in the 6th arrondissement. This iconic café continues to be a favorite gathering spot for celebrities and draws in countless tourists who are captivated by its allure.

// A photo opportunity

The Pink Mama restaurant in Paris is currently the talk of Instagram!

Its trendy vibe is perfectly reflected in the captivating window display I came across during my visit. Trust me, it's absolutely stunning! When it comes to the restaurant itself, the ambiance is lively and full of energy.

You'll find various dining options spread across different floors, adding to the overall charm. Considering its immense popularity, it's highly recommended to make a reservation if you plan on visiting this trendy spot.

While it may not have been my personal preference, it's definitely worth checking out.

// Art, art and more art…

Paris is home to some of the most renowned art institutions in the world, including the Centre Pompidou, Musee d'Orsay, and the iconic Louvre, which happens to be the largest art museum globally. The city offers an abundance of artistic treasures that are truly worth exploring.

// The Eiffel tower at night

If you're searching for an enchanting experience in Paris, make sure to witness the mesmerizing sparkle of the Eiffel Tower at night.

If you are looking for a good place to view the Eiffel Tower; the view from Place du Trocadero is undeniably breathtaking.

// The most iconic courtyard in Paris

Enjoy a long lunch in the ivy-courtyard of the Hotel Plaza Athenee in Paris; this hotel's courtyard is absolutely stunning! It features lush green walls, stylish red awnings, and a mouthwatering menu for brunch or lunch.

Beyond the courtyard, you'll be greeted by elegant glass chandeliers and luxurious marble floors; it truly is a one of the most stunning hotels.
