Salmon & asparagus

A beautiful, simple and nourishing dinner

// ingredients

  • Salmon filets (depends on amount of people)

  • Toppings per filet:

  • Zest from 1/4 lemon plus slices

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

  • 1 table spoon dried parsley

  • Optional: chilli seasoning

  • Asparagus or vegetable of your choosing.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

//method

  1. Pre heat oven at 200c on grill setting

  2. Mix toppings in bowl and spread over filets, applying the lemon slices to the top (refer to image)

  3. Wash and trim asparagus, surrounding the outside of the salmon

  4. Place in the oven for 15 minutes or more if you prefer a more well done salmon.

  5. Serve immediately
